Sandra B Glišić was born in 1978 in Sarajevo.
In 2003 she graduated from Belgrade University, Faculty of technology and Metallurgy where she also finished her magistrate in 2006 and got her Ph.D. diploma in 2009 with specialisation on renewable fuels (biodiesel) process design under sub and supercritical conditions and techno-economy study. Also, posesses NVQ level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (Institute of Leadership and Management UK) and Understanding grids, smart grids and microgrids (Green Power Academy, UK).
From 2003 till present she has been employed at Faculty of Technology and Metallurgy and from 2007 till 2008 she worked in Doha, Qatar at Texas A&M University at Qatar.
Sandra Glišić, the Dr chemical engineer, is a professional consultant with the focus on the high-pressure processes and biofuel research regarding process design, economic and environmental, the feasibility of process production, alternative technology and feedstock. Also specialist for remediation technology, refinery process, and supercritical fluids. Highly oriented to work with industry and technology development. The AEEC member of the European Energy Centre (EEC in London, UK) as a professional member for renewable energy. Also, national expert for “Cleaner production” proclaimed by UNIDO. Member of several professional bodies as well as editorial boards, and reviewer of several leading international journals of chemical engineering.
