It is organised by the Primakov Center for Foreign Policy Cooperation, in partnership with the Primakov National Research Institute of World Economy and International Relations RAS (IMEMO RAS).

The event hosted 47 participants from Russia, Iran, Kazakhstan, Georgia, Armenia, Belarus, Serbia, Azerbaijan, Moldova, USA, Montenegro, the Ukraine, Bulgaria, Kyrgyzstan, France, Germany, to name just a few.
The program agenda primarily focused on the meeting with the current Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, held at the Russian Foreign Ministry (MID). Experts in foreign affairs and modern technologies gathered for a week to discuss and learn on a wide spectrum of issues concerning science and international relations. The participants also had a chance to visit the International Relations Museum at the Russian Foreign Ministry as well as the Kremlin Armoury.
Roman Grishenin opened the event as the Executive Director followed by the first panel regarding International Relations and Modern Technologies. Some of the other topics tackled during the Dialogue included Tourist Attractions as the Element of Soft Power, Transformation of International Leadership, North Korean Question, Innovation and Tradition in Diplomacy, New World Order, International Safety, Russia and the West, etc.
Participants also had time to visit Kremlin and tourist attractions around Moscow. Off the panel discussions included brainstorming about World by 2035: New World Order or Global Disorder.
This event has given the opportunity to young professionals to meet their peers from other countries and to hear a broad spectrum of opinions from different regions. It was a unique opportunity to brush up on what was already known and discuss where the future may take us.
